We offer you a full-service bookkeeping solution. Unlike online bookkeeping tools, we take over your entire bookkeeping for you. With online tools like sevdesk and the like, you have to handle the bookkeeping yourself and also file your advance VAT return with the tax office, for example via Elster. From experience, we can tell you that this is very error-prone.
Upload your receipts via app or browser. Our bookkeepers post everything for you, handle your VAT return, and make sure your books are always up to date. You don't have to worry about a thing.
Yes, you can try Buchführungsheld free for 7 days. During this time you can use all features and upload receipts. Please note that during the trial period we don't yet submit any filings to the tax office or other authorities.
We currently offer three plans, based on the number of monthly receipts. On top of that, you can add various add-ons.
You can upload all business receipts, for example invoices, receipts, bank statements or cash reports. The number of pages doesn't matter – one uploaded document always counts as one receipt. Receipts must be uploaded in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG.
We usually book your receipts a few days after the end of the month so that all data is submitted correctly for the advance VAT return. If you file quarterly VAT returns, your receipts are booked correspondingly later.
You can adjust your subscription anytime in the customer portal. There you have the option to switch your plan, book add-ons or cancel your subscription.
Yes, we handle filing your advance VAT return and communicating with the tax office. For this we need your tax advisor authorization, which you can sign directly in the app.
