2. Hosting & Server Log Files
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe. When the website is accessed, the server automatically collects information and stores it in what are known as server log files. The following is collected:
- anonymized or truncated IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
- the previously visited page (referrer)
The processing is carried out to ensure trouble-free operation, to guarantee IT security and to optimize the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The log files are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with netcup.
3. No Cookies, No Tracking
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and does not use any analytics tools such as Google Analytics. No profiling and no user tracking takes place.
We only use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to save your chosen display setting (light/dark mode). This information is technically necessary, remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties.
4. Fonts
We embed fonts (Inter) locally from our own server. No connection is established to external providers such as Google Fonts; no data is transmitted to third parties.
5. Scheduling Appointments via Calendly
On the "Schedule an appointment" page we offer the option to book a consultation via the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA).
For data protection reasons, the Calendly calendar is only loaded after your explicit consent by clicking ("two-click solution"). No data is transmitted to Calendly beforehand. Once loaded, or when making a booking, Calendly processes the data you enter (e.g. name, e-mail address, requested appointment) as well as technical connection data. This may involve a transfer to the USA; for this, Calendly relies on standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future. Further information: Calendly's privacy policy.
6. Trial, Registration & Payment (Stripe)
Buttons such as "Try for free" or "Subscribe" are links. When you click them, you leave this website and are redirected to our payment and registration service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland) or to our app. The processing of payment and registration data takes place there and is subject to the respective privacy policy. No payment data is collected on this website itself. Further information: Stripe's privacy policy.
7. Contacting Us by E-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process your information (e.g. e-mail address, name, content of the message) exclusively to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations preclude deletion.
8. Social Media Links
We link to our Instagram profile. This is merely a link; a transfer of data to the respective network only takes place when you actively click the link and access the platform. The privacy policies of the respective provider then apply.
9. Data Security
This website is delivered exclusively in encrypted form via TLS/SSL (https). We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
10. Your Rights

To exercise your rights, an informal message to support@buchfuehrungsheld.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
